Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on this site, you may notify our copyright agent. For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information in writing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed, including information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., URL or project ID).
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.

Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with the following information:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which you are located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, CelebrateReel will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, CelebrateReel may restore the removed content.
Repeat Infringer Policy
CelebrateReel maintains a policy for the termination, in appropriate circumstances, of users who are repeat infringers. If a user receives three (3) valid DMCA takedown notices, their account will be flagged for review and may be subject to restrictions or termination.
Good Faith
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake, may be subject to liability for damages.
